Here at Beauty That’s Me, we value your time and experience. Please use this page as a guideline for future appointments. We appreciate your loyalty and understanding.
Appointment Etiquette
Beauty That’s Me Esthetics Studio understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore, requests more than 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
Please know that parking can be tricky here in DC. Please arrive in the area with enough time to find parking, and to make it to the studio.
Since bookings are planned to allow the correct time for each treatment, it's important to be punctual. Enough extra time is reserved so you can change clothes if needed, complete any necessary paperwork, and begin your experience without worries.
Payment Policy
Beauty That’s Me Esthetics Studio accepts all major credit cards, and Apple Pay. A credit card is required to hold your appointment, when initially booking. Full payment is due upon the conclusion of your service.
Whether you’ve scheduled or called to make an appointment, there is a NON REFUNDABLE $50 REQUIRED deposit. This ensures your appointment is saved. If you cancel your appointment your risk losing your deposit.However you can reschedule your appointment for another day without penalty. If you do not show up, then you will be charged full price of the appointment. Please read our full cancelation policies below.
Appointment Cancelation Policy
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.
Clients may reschedule their appointments with no charge within 48 hours of the original appointment time.
If rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a 50% charge on your card as a service fee. Appointments may only be rescheduled twice. Reschedules must be made for current availability (within 6 weeks) or your deposite will be forfeited.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “no-show,” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled. This ensures that any upcoming appointments are properly taken care of, and that there is ample amount of time to clean and sanitize the treatment room. Our esthetician takes time and extreme effort to ensure your happiness, and should be respected as such.
Group bookings of four or more people require a notice period of 72 hours (3 days). For each guest that fails to show without required notice a charge of 50% of the service amount will be incurred on the card used to reserve booking.
Cell Phone Policy
Please silence your phone while in the studio, so that you may receive the full relaxation benefits of your visit.
Child Policy
Please make proper arrangements for childcare during your visit. Beauty That’s Me Esthetics Studio does not permit any child under the age of 10 in the studio. We love your children, but we value your relaxation and experience with us as well.
Minor Treatment Policy
Minor teens and children coming in for appointments must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire appointment. All intake forms/consents for minors must be signed by their parents or guardian.
Gift Certificates & Gift Cards
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Beauty That’s Me Esthetics Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates or Gift Cards; lost or stolen Gift Certificates or Gift Cards will not be replaced.
