Our
Work
F.A.Q.
What is the CELLSTORY Signature Treatment, and how is it different from a regular facial?
The CELLSTORY Signature Treatment combines stem cell technology with microchanneling to deeply rejuvenate the skin. Unlike traditional facials, it uses an eight-step protocol with advanced modalities like LED therapy and hydration infusion for long-lasting, visible results.
How many sessions of microneedling do I need to see results?
While many clients notice improvement after a single session, we typically recommend a series of three treatments for optimal results. This helps improve skin texture, reduce fine lines, and diminish acne scars with cumulative benefits over time.
Are chemical peels safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, chemical peels can be customized to your skin type and concerns. However, we don’t recommend them for first-time clients. During your consultation, we’ll assess your skin and select the right peel strength to ensure both safety and effectiveness.
What is the difference between microdermabrasion and dermaplaning?
Microdermabrasion uses a diamond-tip wand to gently exfoliate and resurface the skin, while dermaplaning uses a sterile blade to remove dead skin cells and fine peach fuzz. Both smooth texture and enhance product absorption, but dermaplaning also delivers an instantly brighter look.
Who is a good candidate for the BTM Acne Facial?
The BTM Acne Facial is ideal for teens, adults, and anyone struggling with acne-prone or congested skin. It helps calm inflammation, clear breakouts, and restore balance with deep cleansing, extractions, and antibacterial therapy tailored to your skin.
How long do the results of brow lamination last?
Brow lamination typically lasts up to six weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle and aftercare. It’s a low-maintenance way to achieve fuller, more defined brows without daily styling.
What are the benefits of Halotherapy (Salt Therapy)?
Halotherapy uses pharmaceutical-grade salt to cleanse the respiratory system, reduce inflammation, and promote relaxation. It also improves skin clarity, making it a great complementary therapy for overall wellness and skin health.
Can I add enhancements to any facial treatment?
Yes, add-ons such as LED light therapy, oxygen infusion, or hydro jelly masks can be included with most treatments. They’re designed to amplify results and target specific concerns like hydration, fine lines, or acne.
Is the Gentlemen’s Facial only for men?
While the Gentlemen’s Facial is designed to address common male concerns like razor irritation and ingrown hairs, anyone with similar issues can benefit from this treatment. It’s tailored to each client’s needs.
How should I prepare for my first appointment?
We recommend arriving a few minutes early to complete paperwork and settle in. Avoid using strong skincare products (like retinoids or exfoliants) 48 hours before your treatment. Our team will guide you through any additional pre-care instructions based on your chosen service.
